4. Content Ownership

Your content: You retain ownership of all content you create on the Service (sparks, clusters, itineraries, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Our content: The Service, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by Ravel Travel Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

5. AI-Generated Itineraries

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries and recommendations. These are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying all travel details, including but not limited to pricing, availability, safety, and travel advisories, before making any travel arrangements.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ravel Travel Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.
